Shipping Policy

Dispatch Time (TAT)

All orders are dispatched within 24 working hours of order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes up to 7 business days, depending on your location within India and courier serviceability.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all orders within India, with no minimum order value, for both prepaid and COD orders, where COD is available.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive your Order ID and AWB (tracking) number to track your shipment through the available tracking system.

Address Changes

You can request a shipping address change within 24 hours of placing your order by calling or WhatsApp on +91-8617786755. Address changes requested after 24 hours may not be possible once the order has been processed or shipped.

Serviceable Locations

We currently ship within India only. We do not offer shipping outside India or international shipping at this time.

While we aim to meet the timelines above, delivery may be delayed due to courier disruptions, weather, regional restrictions, traffic conditions, or high order volumes during sale periods. We'll keep you informed if your order is delayed.
