EcoPearl currently provides its products and delivery services within India only.

Our products and delivery services are available within India only.
Pricing and Payment

Payments can be made using available secure payment methods, including UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery where available. We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment fails or is not verified.
Shipping and Delivery
We aim to process and dispatch orders promptly. Delivery timelines may vary based on the delivery location within India and other factors.

Cancellation and Refunds
To ensure fast processing and dispatch, all orders are processed immediately after they are placed.
Non-Personalized Orders
- Orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded once successfully placed, irrespective of the payment method (Prepaid or Cash on Delivery).
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
Personalized Orders
- Personalized products are manufactured specifically according to your requirements.
- Therefore, personalized orders cannot be cancelled, modified, exchanged, or refunded once placed.
- Personalized products are available only on prepaid orders. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
Returns & Replacements
- Returns or replacements are only accepted in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, subject to verification.
- Customers must contact EcoPearl within 48 hours of delivery and provide the required photographs, unboxing video, order ID, and description of the issue.
- Items must be unused and, where applicable, in their original packaging to be eligible for a return or replacement.
- Refunds, where approved, will be processed to the original payment method used for the order.

All content on this site including text, graphics, logos, product images, and software, is the property of EcoPearl or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable Indian copyright and trademark laws.
